Is Signature RERA registered?
Yes. K-RERA registration PRM/KA/RERA/1257/334/PR/171021/000845. You can verify it on rera.karnataka.gov.in.
When is possession?
The RERA completion date is September 2027. As of {{ builtAsOf }}, {{ builtTxt }} floors are built. Handover follows the occupancy certificate, snagging and registration of your sale deed; we walk every family through each step.
What homes are available?
2, 3 and 4 BHK homes and penthouses. The 3 BHK is 2,180 sq ft. See floor plans.

How is payment structured?
Construction-linked: you pay in instalments as milestones are certified, not up front. See the payment plan. Home loans from SBI, Canara, Axis, Karnataka Bank and ICICI are pre-approved on the project.
Can I get a home loan?

I live abroad. Can I buy?
Yes. NRIs can buy residential property in India. We run video site visits on Gulf time. See the NRI page.
Can I visit the site?
Yes. The sales office is on site, near Nanthoor Circle on NH66, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. Book a visit.
How much parking comes with a home?
Three basement levels of covered parking, plus visitor parking and EV charging. Allotment per home depends on the unit type and is written into your agreement — ask us for your configuration.
What will maintenance cost?
Maintenance is charged per square foot and set by the owners' association at handover, based on the actual running cost of the tower — lifts, pool, security, power backup, STP and landscaping. The tower is specified to keep that figure lower than a comparable building: Low-E double glazing cuts the air-conditioning load, solar supplements the common areas, and rainwater harvesting and the STP reduce water costs. We share the current estimate and the corpus fund at booking, in writing.
Are pets allowed?
Pet rules are set by the owners' association bye-laws at handover, within what the law allows. Tell us at enquiry and we'll note it on your file and keep you informed as the bye-laws are framed.
What happens in a power cut?
Full power backup for the lifts, common areas, pumps and security systems, with solar supplementing the common load. Backup to individual homes is specified in your agreement.
What is a sky villa?
The 4 BHK Sky Villa Penthouse: one home to a floor on floors 46–48, 7,920 sq ft, with its own private sky terrace. Three exist in the tower.
How tall is the tower, exactly?
172.90 metres from the lowest basement to the top of the crown. Every floor is 3 metres, except Basement 1 at 4.9 metres.
