Your data, in plain words.

What we collect

Only what you give us. For an enquiry or site visit: your name, phone number, email, the project or unit you are interested in, a preferred date, and any note you write. Channel partners and vendors also give us a firm name, GSTIN, past projects and, optionally, a K-RERA agent number.

Job applicants give us a CV, a passport-size photograph, and optionally a portfolio file or link. The photograph is cropped on your own device before it is sent; we use it to recognise you at interview and, if you join, for your staff ID. We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or payment information through this website.

Automatically, and only with your consent to cookies: pages visited, device type, the campaign or search that brought you here (UTM tags, Google and Meta click identifiers), and standard analytics data. Without consent we set no analytics or advertising cookies. A single local setting remembers your theme choice and your consent decision; it holds no personal data.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, send you the brochure or price list you asked for, arrange a site visit, register you as a channel partner, or consider your application. With consent, to understand which pages help buyers and to measure advertising. We contact you about the enquiry you made; we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and every WhatsApp or email from us tells you how to stop further messages.

Who sees it

Enquiries: our sales team. Job applications: the founders. Partner and vendor registrations: our sales head and the directors.

Service providers who process data for us, under contract and only for these purposes: Cloudflare (website hosting), FormSubmit (relays the text of your enquiry to our inbox; never your CV or photograph), our lead-management system Origin One on Supabase (stores submissions, including CVs and photographs), Cloudinary (images and video) and, if you consent to cookies, Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta. Some of these providers store data outside India; we use them only where the law permits.

If you tap WhatsApp, your message travels through WhatsApp under its own terms. If you become a buyer, the information needed for your agreement is shared with your lender and the registering authority, off this website and with separate consent. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymised. Job applications, including the CV and photograph: 12 months, then deleted, unless you join us, when they move to your staff file. Channel-partner and vendor registrations: for the life of the relationship plus statutory record periods. Buyer records follow the retention periods required under RERA, tax and company law.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent at any time (which stops future processing but does not undo what was lawfully done before), nominate someone to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to properties@westlinebuilders.com or WhatsApp +91 99000 33888 with "Data request" — we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
